Color Me Fabulous

This week is all about thinking Spring and Color!

I always get so excited when Pantone releases the color pallet for the season. Let's talk about the colors that are "in". In my post "Be Bright" I talked about how yellow is a huge color this Spring more specifically "Buttercup" according to Pantone.  I decided to choose some of my favorites and provide some tips along the way.

First up, Fiesta! I love red so deep in my soul!

Fast Tip: When you wear red let it be the main color. Too much color could be an overwhelming look. Especially when there is a lot of fabric, like my skirt.

This Fabulous skirt is from Forever 21 and these beautiful shoes are from Just Fab!

Foodie For Life

Today, I am sharing my two favorite food recipes from the past year. First, is obviously Brunch. Are these mini Caesar Salads not to die for?! They are easy, delicious and nice to look at.

Just make a normal Caesar salad (just chop a little finer), spoon it on to Ritz crackers and top with bacon and a little parm cheese.

Just in time for Valentines Day adorable heart shaped bacon! Again, simple and pretty to look at. Shape the bacon into hearts and put them on a baking sheet, then toss them in the oven until desired crispness.

Heart bacon, mini salads, mimosas. This, my friends is why Brunch is King.

Quick, healthy and delicious all rolled into one.

Happy eating friends!

Traveling Duo

There is much truth to 2015 not starting out so great for MK and I.

So it was off to Paris we went...

Mk and I both share such a passion for travel and absolutely love exploring and finding new places together. There were so many things I was able to cross off my bucket list here. From aimlessly roaming the streets of Paris, people watching in side street cafe's and eating the most amazing food. Last but certainly not least buying a pair of Louboutin's in the flagship store. Epic moment for this girl.

After saying we were "traveled out", for our anniversary we decided to head to Mexico for some much needed R&R. We did so much nothing and maybe a lot of drinking. It was amazing!!

So for real this time. We are a little traveled out and plan to focus on the house -er, um, my closet this year. We've got quite a reno ahead of us..

Also, thank you for all the sweet words yesterday on my "Blogiversary".

You guys are amazing. xoxo
