Closet Week!

For as long as I can remember I've had a day when Spring or Fall comes and I switch out my wardrobe. So it's that time again, time to say goodbye to the fur and hello to the florals! I'm declaring this week, Closet Week! Every day this week I'm going to post a closet tip that works for me.

First and foremost HANGERS! My Mom was the one who made me realize just how important it was to invest in good hangers. The ones that are velvet, "Huggable Hangers", they will hold any piece of clothing without making marks or falling off.

This season I've decided to color code mine. Pink and black are dresses, teal is lingerie, black is everything else... For now.

Find these hangers pretty much anywhere that sells closet accessories. I got mine at Target but have seen them at T.J. Maxx, Burlington, and Macys.

Glamoflauge

The very first actual word I ever spoke at eight months old was "Hat!". Needless to say I've been an accessory girl from the start. Not that I needed an excuse to wear a hat but due to having a few stitches in my lip I wasn't feeling my normal upbeat self. To make myself just a little happier I decided to accessorize! Hey, if that's all it takes to add some happy, right?

Accessories are the exclamation point of a woman’s outfit.

On Sunday, We hosted my Sister and Brother-In-laws birthday party and wanted to share my main course Stuffed Flank Steak. It is a great meal to make when feeding more than five people.

Calories couldn't have been further from my mind for this one! I seasoned, then filled my steak with spinach, mozzarella, prosciutto, and Gorgonzola. All you do is roll it up, toss it in the oven on 350 for an hour and continue on to the other things you are making!
