A Flavorful Flatbread

Happy Wednesday Friends!

I’ve been so slammed lately but I still made some time for a fresh Spring recipe that’s super easy to throw together quickly. Bursting with flavor this bite will not disappoint!

what you do:

When making a flatbread I always like to throw it in the oven for a few minutes to crisp up. So put your naked flatbread in the oven on 375 for like 5 minutes, let cool a little, and then spread a thin layer of fig jam, sprinkle parm cheese, and add a few pieces of prosciutto. Put it back in the oven for about 5 more minutes. Let it cool and add some chopped spinach and shaved parm.

Serve and enjoy!

Have an absolutely fabulous day!

An Emerald Sunrise

Happy St. Patties Day Everyone!

Today’s Martini Moment comes a day early because of this particularly boozy holiday. I’ve done green drinks in the past but never one involving tequila. This is an easy but also fancy due to the color play, recipe.

This is soooo easy. Just mix everything together and you have a perfect green drink. Because honestly, no green beer here. I will say add the OJ slowly so that you can get your preferred green. I’m not condoling day drinking but…um…this is a good one for day drinking. It’s a holiday right?! Haha!

My favorite Irish proverb that I used in a wedding toast once:

May trouble always follow you and may it never catch up.

I hope your day is full of green beverages and lots of fun!

Fancy for Spring

Hello Friends!

We are officially just under a week away from Spring arriving and I, like many of you, am ready to welcome it with open arms.

On my IG stories last week I asked what you guys wanted to see. I’ll have my Fashion Monday post next week (it deserves a little more attention than the time I had). For the Perfectly Plated part of Fast Fash, you guys wanted to see a fancy Spring recipe. Let me tell you this recipe is most definitely a new favorite! What I love about it is that its very easy yet fancy and a perfect Brunch addition!

  1. Start with pressing your dough into a tart pan.

2. Sauté onions for a few and add to dough.

3. Add tomatoes and asparagus.

4. Then your eggs.

5. Top with goat cheese and bake on 450 for 20 minutes.

I had so much fun putting this seasonal recipe together! Keep your eyes out for more fancy spring recipes!

Have a fabulous Wednesday!
